The Pro-Choice Movement: Then, Now, & Tomorrow --- Panel

Brandeis Pro-Choice was honored to welcome three wonderful panelists to Brandeis for an intriguing panel discussion on the past evolution and present progression of the pro-choice movement. Zoe Richman, Jen Snider, and Glenda Ganum, are all Brandeis alumni who have past and current involvement in pro-choice activism.

Highlights included a discussion about what has changed with the younger generations of activists, how to take action that sends a bold message, and what to do when you find yourself "preaching to the choir." We also discussed what will be the next big issues facing the movement, including barriers to adequate healthcare.

The panelists attendees engaged in really interesting discussion that helped all those present reflect on the purposes of the movement and how best to serve its goals.
