Emergency lobbying at the State House

Brandeis Pro-Choice club members joined with Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts for an emergency day of lobbying at the State House. In light of Trump's actions allowing more employers to opt of covering their employees' birth control on the basis of moral objections , the Massachusetts ACCESS bill is more urgent than ever. This was the first lobbying experience for all the club members and it was a great use of a day off of school to visit the offices of state legislators and tell them we demand to see this bill pushed through as soon as possible so that women in the state can continue to get essential birth control.
